Delivery times

Your purchases come from all over the world. Because of this, they may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages and delivery times may vary.

Products stocked in our US warehouse take 5-10 business days to arrive.

Products stocked in our international warehouses take 7-21 business days to arrive.

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.

We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

 

Tracking and notifications

We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your item’s status on your order history page.
