Return and refund policy

Returns

We want you to love the products that you buy from us. If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your item, you can return it to us. You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to us for a full refund. Only as long as the products are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within 30 days, not delivered to us.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@smirksandsmiles.com and please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the unlikely event that you've received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with our Customer Service department within 7 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to contact@smirksandsmiles.com.

  1. Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase.
  1. Please send us a photo of the broken item, and a photo of the shipping label that’s on the outside packaging. If the outside of the packaging was also broken, kindly include a photo that shows that as well.
  1. We will send you a new item or refund your money, which ever you prefer. We'll make sure you are happy.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
